Dear McLean Patients, Residents, and Families,
We are writing to keep you informed on our current COVID-19 status. We have four new COVID-19 positive employees. There wasn’t exposure on any of the neighborhoods. All of these employees are currently isolating at home. Contact tracing is underway and anyone who had a potential exposure will be notified. We will be testing staff per our current protocol.
Last week, we reported a dining services staff member who had tested positive. We wanted to let you know that since they did not have any symptoms, they tested for multiple days and all the test results were negative. They have returned to work.
We currently have one positive patient on Evergreen Way. They were previously living on our campus, they tested positive in the hospital and they have been admitted to our COVID-19 positive section of that neighborhood.
