Dining Room Supervisor

Description: 

Responsible for supervision, training, scheduling and approval of payroll for all staff; visit residents for menu selections; check food quality, content and clinical accuracy of patient trays.  40 hours 9-5:30 including every other weekend.  Must have excellent customer service skills along with a focus on hospitality.  Minimum of 3 years in food service with supervisory experience, preferably in facility or fine dining.
